The finished cream belongs to the milk powder portions of a full and creamy taste. Refine the cream to your taste. They have beaten cream underneath. Use fruit juice instead of water to stir. Tastes the cream with aroma paste. Mix 175g Creme Patisserie with 500ml water 3 min. to a smooth creme.
